Ash is a sensual body worker and coach who has been guiding individuals through healing and transformation for over 14 years. Merging pleasure, intimacy, and spirituality, they create spaces where embodiment becomes liberation. Light from Ash is a portal for sacred remembering, where healing takes the form of sensual embodiment sessions, intimacy and pleasure coaching, storytelling salons, curated rituals, and energy work. I am a survivor of sexual assault and domestic violence. I know firsthand what it feels like to feel powerless, broken, disembodied and silenced. I was divinely guided to teachers, healers, rituals and spirituality guide me back home to myself, unleashed my gifts and found the power that was buried inside of me all along. I found my light in the ashes and I am here to guide you to yours.

My coaching approach is relational and liberation focused. I truly want to see my coaching partners WIN. So my role is to be a mirror, journey alongside and remind my coach partners of what their goals and desires are. In this practice I am putting full faith in my coach partner to know exactly what they want and how to get there. I will encourage them and push them on over the finish line. My ideal coaching client are those who struggle to develop intimacy with themselves and in relation to others, for survivors who are ready to reclaim their sexual power and voice and for those ready to release the guilt and shame around their desires so that they can own their sexual selves from a place of strength and authenticity.
